What AI does this run on?

We deploy AI assistants built on leading open-source tools — primarily OpenClaw and Claude running in secure containers. They connect to your email, calendar, CRM, messaging apps, and more. Because these tools run on hardware you own, your data never touches third-party servers.

Do I need to be technical?

No. We handle everything — hardware setup, software configuration, security hardening, and ongoing maintenance. You just tell us what you need your assistant to do.

What's included in implementation?

Full AI assistant deployment configured for your workflows, security hardening, SentinelOne EDR, firewall configuration, encrypted credential management, and 14 days of hypercare. In-person deployments include on-site setup at your office.

What security is included?

Every deployment includes SentinelOne EDR, managed firewall, 24/7 monitoring, patch management, encrypted credential storage, and config backups. Higher tiers add dedicated firewalls, vulnerability scanning, pen testing, MFA, and compliance prep.

How long does setup take?

In-person: same day. Remote: 1–2 business days. Both include 14 days of hypercare where we actively monitor, tune workflows, and resolve issues.

What happens after I pay?

You'll get an email within 24 hours to schedule your kickoff call. We'll learn your systems, deploy your assistant, and start 14 days of hands-on hypercare.

Is it safe to run?

The AI follows security best practices, but the machine it runs on is only as secure as your infrastructure. That's our value prop — we deploy enterprise-grade security around it so your AI assistant isn't a liability.

Can multiple people use this?

Yes. Most teams deploy 2–6 agents — one per person (CEO, CFO, Head of Sales, shared EA inbox). Each gets dedicated hardware and its own security stack.

Do you offer ongoing support?

Yes — that's Managed Care. Monthly plans include ongoing security monitoring, agent health checks, updates, config maintenance, and dedicated support hours. Without it, you're on your own after the 14-day hypercare.

VPS or Mac Mini?

Both work. VPS for cloud access, Mac Mini for iMessage and native Apple integrations. We'll recommend the best option for your setup during the kickoff call. Hardware at cost or bring your own.
